Viktor Luzar
Viktor Luzar, CPA, is a partner with CL Search Group and has over twelve years of recruiting expertise in direct hire and temporary staffing. He specializes in the accounting profession and started a local recruiting firm in 2002. He worked as a CPA with Grant Thornton, Fineman West & Company LLP, and California Commerce Bank. His expertise included the financial services, manufacturing, non-profit, and apparel industries. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is a member of the AICPA and California Society of CPAs.
John Cooney

John Cooney, CPA, is a former partner with CL Search Group. John started in the recruiting industry in 1980, where he specialized in recruiting accounting and financial professionals. In 2002, John started his own recruiting firm after working for 20 years with two of the largest specialized recruiting firms in Southern California. Prior to recruiting, John held several positions with Besam, Inc., including Vice President of Finance, Controller, and Internal Audit Manager. His initial experience started in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers (Coopers & Lybrand). John received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York, Albany. He is a member of the California Society of CPAs and the AICPA.
